Terms

Payments We accept PayPal payments for added security and peace of mind. The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We will upon request provide a VAT receipt.

We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Delivery We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. We use UPS, Royal Mail and other couriers to send out goods. Most items are shipped between Monday and Friday 8.30am – 5pm, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

We can ship to an alternative address if required, for example to work or a neighbour, please specify this on the Order Confirmation page.

We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment e-mail from Pay Pal. We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven’t received their goods within 4 working days of payment.

Returns If you no longer want the goods please inform us by, email  within 14 working days of the delivery We will then advise you of how to return them. The buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging costs. Once the return has been received and confirmed by our warehouse and received back in the same condition as sent a refund for the goods will be applied in less a £4.95 + VAT restocking fee.  Goods which are returned to us due to wrong address given, refused delivery or no one available to sign/accept delivery for the goods will be subject to the £4.95 plus VAT restocking fee. Good received back in an unsaleable condition will  not be eligible for a refund. Please note we cannot accept returns arranged by the buyer. Items designed for direct food contact and foods items are not returnable.

Shortages If you receive an incomplete delivery you must notify us by email within 2 working days of receipt of the delivery.

Faulty Goods If equipment doesn’t work or if you consider the product to be faulty, you must notify us by email within 2 working days of receipt of the delivery. (For periods greater than 2 days you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly). We can arrange a collection or issue you a return postage label, and arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched. Alternatively if you do not require a replacement we can arrange for a collection/return postage label as in our returns policy and refund you in full for the item once it has been returned.

Picking Error You must notify us by email  within 2 working days of receipt of the delivery. We will arrange for the collection of the product, and for the correct Product to be dispatched, as originally ordered .

Damages You must notify us by, email within 2 working days of receipt of the delivery. We will arrange a collection or issue you a return postage label, and arrange for a replacement Product to be dispatched. Alternatively if you do not require a replacement we will arrange for a collection or issue you a return postage label as in our returns policy and refund you in full for the item once the damaged item has been returned.
