Payments

We accept PayPal payments for added security and peace of mind. The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We will upon request provide a VAT receipt.

We will only refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, PayPal.

Delivery

We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland. We use UPS, Royal Mail and other couriers to send out goods. Most items are shipped between Monday and Friday 8.30am – 5pm, not over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. Please allow the delivery timescales as advised on the listing.

We can ship to an alternative address if required, for example to work or a neighbour, please specify this on the Order Confirmation page.

We only ship goods on the receipt of a confirmation of payment e-mail from Pay Pal. We would always advise customers to contact us if they haven’t received their goods within 4 working days of payment .

Returns

If you no longer want the goods please inform us by eBay Messaging (preferred), email or phone within 7 working days of the delivery. There will be a charge of £6.50 + VAT for returns.

We will then arrange for UPS to come and collect the goods, or advise you of how to return them. Once the return has been received and confirmed by our warehouse, a refund for the goods will be applied in full. Goods must be received back in the same condition as sent. Please note we cannot accept returns arranged by the buyer.

Shortages

If you receive an incomplete delivery you must notify us by eBay messaging (preferred), email or phone within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. 

Faulty Goods

If equipment doesn’t work or if you consider the product to be faulty, you must notify us by eBay messaging (preferred), email or phone within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. (For periods greater than 3 days you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly). We will arrange a collection from you, and arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched within 2 working days Alternatively if you do not require a replacement we will arrange for a collection as in our returns policy and refund you in full for the item once it has been returned.

Picking Error

You must notify us by eBay messaging (preferred), email or phone within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. We will arrange for the collection of the product, and for the correct Product to be dispatched, as originally ordered within 2 working days.

Alternatively if you do not require a replacement we will arrange for a collection as in our returns policy and refund you in full for the item once it has been returned.

Damages

You must notify us by eBay messaging (preferred), email or phone within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. We will arrange a collection from you, and arrange for a replacement Product to be dispatched within 2 working days. Alternatively if you do not require a replacement we will arrange for a collection as in our returns policy and refund you in full for the item once the damaged item has been returned.
